Hello, my name is Jackie, and I am the creative force behind Three Jax.

Since I was young, I’ve always been intrigued by the beauty of nature, self-adornment, fashion and style. It comes from my Love of patterns, textures and colour. My natural passion for creative design and fashion eventually led me to study Jewellery and Object Design at the Enmore Design Centre when I was in my early 20s.

I learned so much during my time there, and it gave me the skills and knowledge to develop my own unique style.

With every piece that I create, I strive to infuse my innate sense of style and creative energy into every detail.

WHATS SPECIAL ABOUT THREE JAX

​

Three Jax comes from my love of the process of transforming metal into ornaments that are both beautiful and functional with gemstones and colour, these three elements are incorporated into every piece to create a bespoke handmade treasure. The purpose is to inspire the wearer to embrace their own uniqueness and individuality through body adornment. Each handmade item is created from the heart with love and passion for your own personal statement, individual expression of life, reflection of personality - supporting your charisma and vibrance to make your spirit come alive.

As pieces are individually handmade by me, no one is exactly the same making your special piece unique in its beauty.

INSPIRATIONS

​

My passion for craftsmanship and traditional techniques is inspired by ancient cultures, old world origins of ancient, ethnic and tribal adornment and ornamental design. My first love of the works of American Indian Jewellery makers has flowed on to exploring other ancient cultures and the tribal arts of African, Asian and Middle Eastern artisans.

I use these techniques and inspirations as a foundation for my eclectic style of jewellery and homewares.

WHAT ITS MADE FROM

​

With my jewellery I specialise in items crafted using 925 Sterling Silver, High quality precious and semi precious gemstones.

 

For the home I make objects of beauty, with gemstones and a variety of metals, some that are recycled including spoons, recycled copper and bangles.
